Shipping and returns

Dr. Fito is committed to delivering its products throughout the country through an external courier company that operates under the highest standards of quality and safety. All of our deliveries are made using dedicated refrigerated vehicles, to ensure that the products reach you in optimal condition and that all of their health properties are preserved.

The shipment will arrive directly to your home, by prior arrangement by phone. We ask that you fill in complete and correct contact details so that we can coordinate the arrival efficiently. Usually, the products will be delivered within six business days from the date of order (for remote areas, the delivery may take up to ten business days).

The shipping cost is 29 NIS, but for purchases over 250 NIS, shipping is free. If the customer confirms that the package will be left at a specific location at his request, without receiving it directly, the responsibility for receiving the package will lie solely with the customer. Dr. Fito will not be responsible for this type of delivery.

Product returns

If you regret it or change your mind, we are here for you. Dr. Fito allows you to return products purchased on the site within 30 days of receiving them, and receive a full refund - without the need for explanations.

Refund terms

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened or unused. The refund will be for the cost of the products only, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

How to return

To return products, you must coordinate this by phone at: 054-6351353.
The product must be well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Customer information and order number must be included. The product can be returned via our courier at a cost of 30 NIS, to the address: Derech Degania 46, Netanya.
